With EFT, we’re not re-inventing the wheel, we just have a new way to power it.
Every year, internationally recognized climate reports warn of the danger of greenhouse gas emissions, and the drastic changes in technology and infrastructure needed to curb climate disaster. In response, the media highlights technologies like electric vehicles, which promise to curb America’s reliance on fossil fuels. Truth be told, electric vehicles are only as clean as the energy used to charge them, and they do not address the millions of planes and trucks currently in use in the US alone.
With as many as half of American utility companies pushing back against climate measures aligned with the Paris agreement, new clean and innovative sources of energy are required to make a dent, particularly ones that require as little new infrastructure as possible. While it may take decades to convert all US planes and trucks to electric-power, EFT has the technology to create low-carbon fuels to power our current infrastructure.
Our proprietary BioGTL plant uses renewable biogas from animal manure, wastewater, and landfills to produce drop-in fuels, which in plain English means fuels that can be used immediately in existing engines with little to no modification. Our fuels are made from wastes that are being produced in our country everyday and increasing methane emissions.
We do not need to plant crops, redirect what could be food, and use the energy to plant, grow and harvest crops like corn for a simple add-in to transportation fuels.
Our modular plants are ready to be trucked into infrastructure such as farms, wastewater treatment plants, landfills, and as such they are ready to meet America’s energy needs today, not in decades.
At EFT, we are focused on two things:
- The construction of small gas-to-liquid plants that can produce between 50 and 500 barrels of fuel per day. Clean energy is the path to cleaner air, American energy security, lowering costs for Americans, and creating good-paying jobs right here in America.
- Licensing our technology globally, which we have already begun. This will enhance our revenues and profits, and assist the world in the green transformation.
